Public transport options in Hobart To use the public bus network in Hobart, you can purchase a Metro Greencard or buy single tickets on board. The Greencard costs $25 (which includes a $5 deposit and $20 of credit) and is available from several Greencard agents as well as the Metro Shop on Elizabeth Street in Hobart.
