Can you use first bus app without Internet?
You will require internet connection to use the app, as the app needs to communicate with our server to keep itself up to date when you’re out and about. Opening the app, accessing the ticket catalogue, and accessing account pages will all generate a connection attempt.

If you bought a Flexible fare you can refund or exchange your ticket for free. You need to make the exchange or refund request before the travel date of your original ticket. With all other fare types, your ticket is non-refundable but you can still change it for a $20 fee prior to your scheduled departure date.
Can I cancel my first bus ticket?
Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellations and refunds will only be issued up to 5 days prior to travel. Refunds will not be issued to unused tickets after the date of travel has passed. Early Bird tickets can be purchased a minimum of 2 calendar months in advance. These tickets are non-refundable.
Can I use a return ticket on a different bus?
Generally return tickets are accepted on other Arriva buses as long as it follows the same route.
