How long are bus return tickets valid for?
Standard return: Standard return tickets are valid for one outward journey on the day of issue, and one inward journey that must be taken within 30 days of initial travel. Day return: Day return tickets are valid for one outward journey on the day of issue, and for an inward journey on the same date only.
How does the OC Bus work?
You can either buy a ticket on the bus, use our mobile app, purchase by mail, phone or at an OCTA location. Rider tip: Have exact fare or use the OC Bus mobile app. You can use coins and/or dollar bills, but our fareboxes can’t make change.
